Loo the Dog needs a home


This is Loo. She is 15 pounds and when they found her she had a chain wrapped around her neck and was chained to a tree. She did really well on intake to the shelter and had no issues being touched and but once she got into her kennel she started to growl and not want to be touched and she has since been deteriorating pretty badly and she will barely eat. She still needs heart worm treatment, which she will start when she arrives next weekend. She need a very patient foster home. The only thing this 6 year old little dog has ever known is abuse and neglect. We are looking for that special foster who will help Loo trust again.
