a loving home
!
A couple of years ago, they lost their home and caretaker when their elderly owner passed away and now their heart-broken caretaker has to move and is unable to take them with her. They are very sweet
,
affectionate, and perfect for someone who is retired or works at home.
Rusty, the orange one, is a timid, gentle boy. He always waits patiently by the bedside and will walk with you to the kitchen for his breakfast. He is blind in one eye as a result of being scratched while roughhousing when they
were kittens, but you'd never know from how he gets himself around. Super friendly and loving, he purrs loudly whenever cuddled.
Midnight, the black diva, is all Mae West - buxom and loves to be petted, brushed, and doted on. During hot days, she sleeps on her back showing off her chubby belly!
They sleep most of the day but, are
energetic when it comes to chasing a piece of string
. Sometimes they compete on who needs to be brushed first.
They desperately need a good home or foster home with someone who would be delighted by two affectionate cats and who can give them the love they deserve. They are about 11 years old and are in good health with great appetites. Food and litter would be provided for anyone who can foster.
