Adopt a Domestic Short Hair
Noche the Cat needs a home
Noche is estimated to be 7 months as of Feb 14th.
Hi! I'm Noche (which means night in Spanish). I (along with many other cats) came all the way from Texas after the hurricane to find our forever homes. I am healthy, neutered and looking for my forever family. I really love to chase balls, especially bouncy balls and fuzzy balls. Sometimes I even bring them back to my foster parents so that they can throw them again. It's really cute!
I am a very friendly kitty who always loves to be near people. When my foster parents watch TV I usually lie on my favorite fuzzy pillow beside them. I also sometimes sit on the edge of the tub when someone is showering. Wherever humans are I want to be there too! Careful - sometimes I get so close that you might accidentally step on me, that's how close I like to be! I am so quiet and I often come right behind them to get in on the action. Despite my friendliness, I don't always tolerate being held for more than a few minutes. But don't worry - I'll show you love in lots of other ways!
I seem pretty interested in the outdoors so my foster parents wonder whether I'd like to go for walks in a backpack carrier or explore a backyard on a safe harness. Be careful when you open the door because I have tried to escape several times in my curiousity on what's out there. I've gotten along well with all the other cats I have lived with (four other foster kittens that lived with me until adopted and one senior male resident cat). If you think I might be a good fit for your house please fill out an application so that you can visit me!
