Teddy the Dog needs a home

This emaciated boy was found on 9/18/17 by Good Sam on the side of a busy freeway in LA county eating old bread covered in ants. He was infested with fleas, had lots of hair loss and looked incredibly sad/broken when found. Since his rescue, he has received all the medical attention needed including surgery for a severe hernia and his bloodwork results surprisingly showed he is in good health... so he is now ready to find a deserving forever home!  



Teddy appears to be an older Terrier mix around 9 yrs old, approx 45 lbs, neutered, microchipped, and current on vacs. His fur is growing back and is now a very happy and affectionate boy. We are still getting to know him but so far he seems to be an overall good boy.
