Harley the Dog needs a home

Houston, TX area: "Harley" is in a kennel waiting for a home or foster. This sweet boy was found in a ditch eating garbage, he was starving. His rescuer put her leash around his sunken-in head, which he could barely hold up, loaded him into her car and took him straight to the vet, where he spent over a month getting better.
Harley has been released, but had nowhere to go, so he is currently in boarding waiting for his next hero to arrive.
He is a beautiful blue pitty. Super sweet and a little goofy. No small animals for this guy. He is neutered, current on vaccines and micro-chipped. Harley has been through so much in his life, he truly deserves a happy-ever-after. Harley is about 3 - 4 years old.
