Monroe the Cat needs a home
Hello there. My name is Monroe, and I am a 2 year old, male, brown Tabby. I came to the Somerset Regional Animal Shelter with all of my cat family. We feel very fortunate to be here! We are getting fed every day, and there is an unlimited amount of water available to us. We have comfy beds, and clean litter boxes, and toys…oh my! Gosh, this is so different from where we came. At our last home, many of us were malnourished, and had very little liquid to sustain us. It was dirty and crowded, and there was no attention to be had from anyone. We feel the love of every volunteer that has been caring for us. My family is learning to fit in here, and I am no exception. I am a friendly guy with handsome green eyes, who loves to be petted. I have been told I am quite the character! I love to play tug-of-war with pull toys and hide them behind my litterbox. There are those of us who already want to forget the past and look towards the future…I am one for sure. I know that I have already been blessed with the love of these volunteers. I also know that there is more love to be had, and that will happen when my forever family realizes what a gem I am, and takes me home.
I am neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on my shots. I will be no bother at all, and will fit into your lifestyle with ease. Please come down to the shelter and partake in a love fest with me!
