Boo Boo the Cat needs a home

Hello my friends! My name is Boo Boo. I am a 3 year old female that came to the Pet Pantry as a medical surrender. One of the volunteers was kind enough to help me out from where I had been found in Lancaster City. I wasn't really able to walk and I was friendly. The vets here at the Pet Pantry were able to do some x-rays and turns out I had multiple fractures to my pelvis. Ouch!
After several long weeks of cage rest I am almost completely healed and ready to find my forever home. I am still a bit tender, so I need to be handled with care when being picked up and moved. Because of this, we are looking for a home with older, more considerate children because we all know that accidents can happen.
I am a very loving girl. I am a social eater and love to be talked too as well petted. I haven't expressed a lot of interest in playing. I'll bat the occasional toy here and there but nothing too athletic. I think when it comes down to it, I will be more of a lap cat.
I am spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all my vaccines. The only thing left for me now is to find a furever home that sticks. Maybe that could be yours?
