Adopt a Domestic Short Hair (short coat)
January the Cat needs a home
Are you looking for a sweet kitty that will keep you company even when you're on your computer? Miss January is the girl for you. She'll come up and sit behind you and put her front paws on your shoulder and rub her head against yours. She's one of those kitties that you just can't help falling in love with. (We estimate that she's about a year old.) She was rescued on a cold day in January 2016. She was running around looking for something to eat. So we rescued her and put her in foster care and she has proven to be an amazingly wonderful cat. She gets along well with the other foster cats and the dog. She hasn't been behaviorally tested with little children. If you think this might just be the kitty for you, contact Terry at 215-878-0444 or email [email protected].
The mission of Animal Rescue Network (ARN) is to rescue homeless or abused animals, primarily in Northwest Philadelphia, to obtain needed veterinary care, provide training, find foster care, and place them in safe, permanent homes. We further aim to reduce the number of unwanted animals by spaying and neutering. There is a $75 fee to adopt an animal from ARN. This helps defray our costs for spay/neuter surgery and initial vaccinations. We also require a home visit as part of the adoption process.
