Hi! My name is Freckles and I have been living at a foster home learning how to be a pet. I lived at a place where I was used to have puppies and wasn't loved or cared for very well. So glad that's over. Now, I get to live in a house and sleep in a safe and warm place every night. I am 100% house trained, I have never had an accident with my foster family. I have not been crated by my foster family because there is no need to. I am a good girl and wait while they are gone in the downstairs of their home. I may woof a few times because my fosters all left but I settle down downstairs and wait for them to return. At night, I sleep close to my 7 puppies but sometimes they are too noisy and I sneak in to my foster mom's and dad's room to catch some quality sleep. During the day, my absolute favorite thing to do is spent time exploring my fenced in yard. I love being outside and the biggest highlight is when I get to go on a walk. My foster mom takes the other two dogs, me and her two kids (age 1 and 3) all at once for a nice stroll through the neighborhood. I have great leash manners. I would never pull on the leash and love a leisurely pace. I will walk with you however long you want but I am content having a movie night instead, too and sleep nearby. My foster home includes my foster mom and dad, two young kids, two dogs, a cat and chickens. I get along great with everyone but don't have to have another pet in my household. Sometimes, I am scared of people I don't know and it takes me a minute to warm up to them, especially men. But give me a minute to be brave and I won't disappoint and come around to greet you. I am pretty easy going and happy to be finding my own forever family. One thing that makes me unique is my patience. I have raised many puppies and have been a great mom that is calm and very kind to whoever I meet.
