Adopt a Domestic Short Hair (short coat)
Blaze (and Dos) the Cat needs a home
Name: Blaze and Dos
Gender: 2 Males
DOB: September 2017
Description: Gray/Black Tabbies (Males)
BLAZE and DOS
BLAZE & DOS are handsome grey/white/silver tabbies. They are affectionate boys who love people. These boys are curious and at ease exploring and meeting new people. They have easy-going temperaments and medium energy levels when playing.Blaze and Dos are a bonded pair who are lap kittens who love sleeping in a pile on their foster parents, along with their sister Tess (posted separately). These boys must be adopted together
BLAZE is almost identical to his brother, Dos, except he has a cute white blaze on his forehead. Blaze is super affectionate and is very vocal when he wants to get your attention or wants his wet food! Food is very important to this sweet boy.
DOS (meaning number two in Spanish) is also very friendly and affectionate like his brother, Blaze. But he is a little more of a 'player.' Always 'on the go!' And Dos is a bit more independent - he will charge off exploring his foster home on his own. He also likes to chirp and is a bit of a tomboy - brazen! Dos needs to be adopted with his partner-in-crime, Blaze.
Blaze and Dos haven't been exposed to kids. They would do fine in adult-only homes or homes with older kids. They are still learning to not 'playfully' bite your hands - so, if there are kids in their forever homes, they need to be old enough to understand how to redirect this type of behavior.
These kittens came into our care after their foster parents - long time SPCA volunteers - found them living under their shed. These kittens have no idea how lucky they are they were spotted outside before it got too cold outside!
