Luke the Dog needs a home
Hello! I’m Luke and I’m a healthy Treeing Walker Coonhound looking for my Forever Home. I’m not only handsome, but I love playing with my foster sisters, a spunky alpha chihuahua and an Irish Setter who gives me the attention the chihuahua won’t give me. When I’m not following my foster mom around, I like hanging under her desk while she works. I love long walks but also would be happy with a fenced backyard to run around. I do best with some space to run or long walks as I still have some puppy energy in me. My foster mom says I make a good running partner, especially since I have the ability (or preference!) to only poop in the backyard which means no more running with poop bags if that’s not your thing. ?? I’m very intrigued by cats, maybe too much so, so would probably be better off without one at home. I love snuggling, belly rubs, bones and toys especially. I’m treat motivated and easy to train, love my crate during the day and night and I have learned to tell you when I need to go outside. I’m looking for a family to love and who will love me back for many many years.
