Adopt a Boxer / Mixed

Boxer / Mixed Dog

Mai Tai the Dog needs a home

Meet Mai Tai! This sweet 2 year old Boxer mix recently had her front leg amputated and joined our tri-pawd club. Don't feel badly for her- she doesn't let it slow her down at all, and now she gets to live life pain free! Mai Tai is full of Boxer wiggle and would love to wiggle her way into your heart! She wants to be with her people as much as she can and is always excited to see you. She is crate trained and working on housetraining although she has been doing well when left alone for a few hours. She gets along with other dogs even when they knock her down although she would prefer calmer canine companions to play with. Mai Tai needs a home where she doesn't have to go up and down stairs - they are a little too hard for this girl - and she does a better job walking on carpet than tile. She's still recovering from her surgery in a loving foster home, and we'll update here as we get to know her more in her new tri-pawd form. If you are interested in this happy girl or any of our dogs, your first step is to fill out an adoption application on our website.

This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in their current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is completing the adoption application, available with our adoption process on our website at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.
