Averna Grappa (aka “Verna”) was brought in by our animal control officer with a gunshot wound that resulted in the amputation of her left front leg. She is a normal, happy, playful young dog that loves to play with other dogs. That missing leg doesn’t slow her down at all!! Averna would love a home with another playful, active dog. She is crate trained but will need some work on house training as she was boarded at the vet clinic since intake.
