Adopt a Tuxedo / Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (short coat)
Mia the Cat needs a home
My sister Jessie and I were found playing on some railroad tracks in Montebello when we were six weeks old. PZF had an opening for us, so here we came. We were outgoing, loving, and got along well with the other cats and kittens.
After being returned from our first home due to severe allergies on the people’s part, Jessie and I went our separate ways to new homes. After 18 months, my second adopter left me outside a shelter in a carrier. I had gotten along well with the other cats in that home, so I don’t know why she would do that. Thank goodness I had a microchip. The PZF folks were called, and took me right back. I can't seem to shake this bad luck. I was adopted again by a family for their Mom. Unfortunately, her health declined quickly and her back up is not, it tuns out.
I am in perfect condition, if I do say so myself. I am not the least bit scared or unsocial. I still get along with all friendly cats and kittens, and I really, really like to play with string toys and engage with the volunteers. I am confident, but not bossy. The volunteers say I'm a perfect companion, a “push-button cat”. Never had a cat? No problem. I'm easy. Have lots of cats? No problem. I'm easy. All I ask for is a home where I can stay for my lifetime, and be loved for the gentle and beautiful soul I am. I am only two years old, and have a lot of time to spend with you. Please make my fourth home a charm.
