Adopt a Labrador Retriever / Mixed

Labrador Retriever / Mixed Dog

Lotus the Dog needs a home

All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Lotus is a thing of beauty when she runs, long slender legs gracefully stretching out, barely touching the ground.  She is so young, at only 10 months old, and should have a long life ahead of her to love you with all her heart. She has a submissive temperament, never wanting to dominate those around her and takes direction well. She wants to do what you want her to do and will try hard to understand what you are telling her so she can go do it. A friendly disposition is in evidence, too, as she likes other dogs.  She will make a wonderful best friend and family dog. If you enjoy running, jogging, camping, hiking, Lotus will be right there by your side, loving every minute. She is perfectly house trained and crate trained. She would be happiest in a quieter environment.

Lotus is afraid of the activity of little children, so would do best in a home with children over the age of 8 years.  Also, no cats for this sweet girl.
