Romeo was adopted from a high kill shelter when he was a puppy but now he is 11 months old and 55 pounds ..."too big" and was dumped back at the shelter.  We can only guess at his breed, hound x lab? But we know his personality which is smart, eager to please, very playful. Romeo is healthy, gorgeous, great with other dogs, fine with kids. There is no pit in this dog so you will not have issues with home associations or insurance. Romeo has playful energy and would be an ideal companion for your dog.

He would be a great biking and hiking buddy and a fenced yard would let him romp happily. Romeo is smart, knows some commands, is eager to please. Please step up. Fill in an application on www.crisisdogsnc.org to either Adopt or under the Adopt form is the Foster form. To save him we only have a few more days.
