Summer the Dog needs a home

Summer is a 6 lb, 13 year old black toy poodle. She came in from a shelter in late November with some other senior poodles. She had a lump on her tummy that our vet has removed. Her tummy is healing well from the surgery.



Very sweet, adorable girl who loves sitting in your arms. She also enjoys being outdoors and loves to explore. She hasn't been a barker. When she wants in or out, she scratches on the door.



She had been turned in to the shelter by a family who had too many dogs. They said she was good with kids and other dogs. She was learning to be house trained and leash trained. 



**She got a great new grooming to start off the new year! You can see it in all her pics.



***If you would like to see her in the LA area, Summer and about 25 other of our dogs will be at Groom Expo West at the Pasadena Convention Center on Sunday, Feb 18. Our fluffy dogs will be getting makeovers by top groomers. Please contact B&B if you would like to see any other dog there, fluffy or shorthaired. For further info on the adoption process, please visit our home page and check out the "Adopt a Dog" section where very thorough instructions await.  All our dogs are spayed/neutered, micorchipped, and

 fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records.  




The beauty of coming to our Apple Valley sanctuary is that you can see all 90+ dogs!  

No more weekend mobiles—only special events. Maybe if there are enuff appointments, we could see you in 

El Monte or Orange County or nearby. Email your application and ask for more details!
