"Hello, world! My name is Tuppence. I know it's an unusual name, but see, my friend Penny and I were on the run together after having been tied up for ages with not enough food. Penny found safety first, and I hung around the area waiting for my chance. Once the nice rescue volunteers took me in also, they had Penny +1 = Two Pence, or Tuppence! My friends call me Tuppers.
I am a very handsome young Husky and I love to tell you all about it when I 'talk' in true husky fashion. I still have rope marks around my neck from being tied up alone so long, but I just need some more TLC and good food and my coat will be really pretty again! I am doing great with crate training... I've never had a safe soft bed before or regular meals, so why would I not love it?!
I still need practice on the leash, but I'm a very smart guy, and I can't wait to meet you and learn everything you have to teach me! I've learned sit, stay, and to go to my crate already from my foster parents, and I'm working hard to learn my manners. Don't get me wrong, I'm really a sweet boy! I just have lots of energy and have never been in a house or around people who want to pet me before. I'm good with my fellow canines, so long as they don't mind me bossing them around a little and being a silly hyper boy. But please, no cats, they drive me crazy! Small kiddos are another thing I'm not too sure about so I am looking for a home with taller people. The littles just move way too fast and are unpredictable to me.
