FOSTER PARENT COMMENTS:  Sugar is a very sweet and gentle dog that loves belly rubs and snuggling on the coach.  She prefers a home with no small children as they frighten her, teenagers or older please.
 
 It takes her a while to get used to other pets and she does not appear to like large dogs.  She likes to be the queen of the house. She enjoys sleeping in bed with her people and needs a fenced in yard as she is door darter.  She would really enjoy being in a home where someone was home during the day or worked from home.  It takes her a while to feel safe in a new situation so she is very clingy at first. She was out in the elements for  awhile and is probably worried about that happening again.

DOG HAS A STORY:  Sugar was found in a neighborhood wandering around for several weeks when a good samaritan decided to pick her up.  She was not microchipped and searches online could not locate her original owner.  BFPA is happy to help Sugar find that perfect forever home! She is such a good dog and deserves only the best.  Some of the information contained in this biography includes approximations based on our expertise and is not guaranteed.
