Carmen is afraid of everyone, and she'll hide as far from people as she can get. She seems to like being with other cats. We estimate she was born in the summer of 2015. Carmen was abandoned with 10 other cats. She's very fearful in new environments. She hides under beds and blankets and hisses at people. She is a shy girl who needs a place where she can have the time and space to come around to people. Carmen is a Caturtle, also known as a shy cat who comes out of their shell in a home. Caturtles are free to adopt and can fly to their new homes for free anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
