Hi my name is Panther. If you seen my picture I don't have to tell you why. I am a beautiful sleek black cat with gold eyes. I am very sweet though so don't let the name scare you. I am just getting used to my new foster home so can be timid yet. I love pets so much from my foster mom and love being around her. I don't think I would like a noisy home but as I settle in that may change. Please fill out an application so you can come meet a beautiful house panther :)

All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).
Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
