Meet Rascal!  Don't let the name fool you, this guy is 100% sweetheart and is not a "rascal" at all! 



Rascal's owner passed away and her husband promptly took Rascal to the dog pound, saying he was his wife's dog and he did not want to keep him.   Poor Rascal!   We can't figure out why he didn't want to keep him because he is such a sweet, gentle and easy going guy.



Rascal is housebroken and is trustworthy to be left alone during the workday.  He gets along well with other dogs. He is interested and playful with cats but is not aggressive with them. We have not evaluated him with children. He is pretty good with basic commands.... He knows "sit", "no" and is learning "stay" as well.  



Rascal is a really great dog who will make a wonderful, loyal companion.  He will be neutered before adoption.  He is heartworm negative.
