Hello, my name is Montego! .  I am a male feline who has a mostly white coat with tabby markings on my head and back.  I was abandoned when I was quite small and surrendered to the Rescue.  I am now, however, ready to be adopted so I can have my first and only real home of my own. 



I get along with other cats. I love treats and a good head scratch. My favorite toys are fuzzy mice and anything on a string.  Although I'm not a lap cat just yet, I have real potential to become one. I have volunteers working with me on a daily basis and they make sure to pet me and interact with me. I'm getting better every day!



I am up to date on my boosters and I have tested negative for both Feline Aids and Leukemia.  I celebrate my birthday in April 2017. 



I may still need a family who is patient with me but I promise that family will not be sorry.
