Betsy Cat the Cat needs a home
At 2 years old, Betsy is a lap-cat-in-training who needs an experienced cat person to smooth out her rough edges. This beauty spent her first year and a half with a family who had a dog, and returned her because the dog and Betsy didn't get along.
Her current foster mom says that Betsy is very affectionate. She will climb into your lap for a long cuddle and a purr fest. She likes people, and never runs or hides from them. But maybe because she spent her first year and a half always on the defensive living with a dog, Betsy sometimes gives a defensive swat.
We believe that Betsy can live with other cats if the person knows how to introduce cats, but believe it best if her new home has no dogs, or young children because of the swatting.
