Adopt a Golden Retriever / Mixed

Golden Retriever / Mixed Dog

Connor the Dog needs a home

This sweetheart is Connor. Connor is looking for a family that is ready to adopt a dog who is older, calm, and loving. This sweet boy settled in nicely to his foster home. He is fostered with a few other dogs and does well with them. This sweet boy is house trained, and can stay home alone without getting into anything. Connor is friendly to people and is sweet when he meets them. This mild-mannered sweetheart has been around groups of teenagers and has done well with the noise and large group. Connor should be in a home with a secure yard, he likes to tests the gates to see if they will open. He enjoys his crate and will often sleep in it, he also sleeps quietly through the night on his dog bed. His foster family says that he has an endearing personality and quirks that match his adorable face! This boy enjoys his chew toys and will watch the other dogs when they play. Connor loves to head out on walks with you, he also rides well in the car and likes to stick his head out the window. Because of his age and settled nature, we think he would do best in a home with older or no children, he prefers a quiet, settled household. Connor does take thyroid medication that he will need to continue to take. This boy is loving, sweet, and gentle and deserves a happy and loving home where he can share his love with you for the rest of his life. If you are ready for the exciting adventure of adopting a dog and are interested in meeting Connor, your first step is to fill out an adoption application on our website.
