Nausicaa the Cat needs a home
Sweet - Playful - Perfect Like most kittens, Nausicaa loves to play! He loves to play with all the cat toys in his foster home, and has already mastered the scratching post! He is extremely active, but also loves to slow down and snuggle in your lap. His foster mom reports that he's the perfect mix of playful and sweet! Nausicaa loves children and does well with other cats, too. He hasn't yet met any dogs, but he's so easy-going and sweet that we have reason to think he'd do just fine with a pal of the canine persuasion. Come meet this boy today and let him sit on your lap while he kneads and purrs. Your heart will melt, guaranteed. Nausicaa has tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV). It is possible for kittens six months and younger to shed this virus completely and test negative, so Nausicaa will be re-tested for FeLV at his six month birthday, at which time a definitive diagnosis can be assured. Until then, Nausicaa should live with no other cats or kittens to ensure the virus is not passed. Nausicaa is available for adoption now to adopters who can accommodate a feline leukemia positive, or negative, cat as he is not yet of age to have a definitive test.
