My name is Sims. I am a very, very charming older gentleman. I am blind, deaf and a little arthritic. My foster family has worked tirelessly with the doctors to get me healthy and happy again. I will require meds and ointments for the rest of my life for my medical issues but that clearly does not define who I am! I am ready to join a permanent family who can love me in spite of my limitations. I am outgoing, and love to roam the fenced back yard. My handicap does not hold me back! I am potty trained, xpen/crate trained and I love a good bowl of kibble and carrots. I get along with other dogs and lead a pretty quiet indoor life. I love all manner of scratching and love. If you are interested in a very special little man to spoil, I am your guy
