Adopt a Domestic Short Hair (short coat)
Salem the Cat needs a home
"Salem" is due for some good luck. Thanks to his having a microchip, we learned some of what this sweet boy has endured in his short life. He was adopted by a couple at an open admission county shelter who neutered and microchipped him. That couple divorced and gave their 2 cats (Salem and another kitty) to a woman. The ex-wife said some time later, she was contacted by someone who reported the other kitty was found dead on a road & they found it's microchip when scanned. They never heard anything about Salem's fate, until Salem (who was strictly indoors with his original family) was found living on the streets over 20 miles away from where he was given to the woman at time of the divorce. Although the ex-wife seemed concerned and had no animals, her new life had no room for Salem, so he is homeless for the 3rd time in his short life.
"Salem" is such an affectionate and talkative boy. He
seems relieved to be safely indoors with an abundance of food. He is ready to find his very own INDOOR FOREVER Home where he will never have to worry for his safety, warmth or next meal.
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, test for feline leukemia, de-worming, de-fleaing, etc.
