Princess the Dog needs a home
Princess is a pretty black lab or lab mix. She was given to a local family as a gift for the kids, but the family could not afford to care for her so they surrendered her to rescue. They had no background information regarding whether she was purebred or not or her exact age, and had not done any vet work. They did indicate that she was started on housebreaking but was not 100% trained, and she does walk well on a leash.
My vet thinks she is 10-12 weeks old (as of 12/11) and she weighed 17.5 pounds at that time. She is well socialized with people. She is currently sharing a pen with 2 beagle puppies and gets along well with them, although she is somewhat food-dominant (but not food-aggressive - when she's done with her meal, she walks away and lets them eat.)
Princess has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed and dosed with Revolution for flea and heartworm prevention.
Her adoption fee is $150.
