Adopt a Italian Greyhound (short coat)

Annabelle and Tucker are a bonded pair and will need to be adopted together. Annabelle can be shy at times and feels more confident with Tucker around. They both get along well with the other Iggys and cats in their foster home. They did fine with their foster mom’s 4 yr old granddaughter.

Hello, Tucker here! I'm a cuddly little, 12 lb. thing, I still have lots of spunk for a senior, and I love to play with the other IGs in my foster home. One of my favorite things to do is run as fast as I can and chase everyone around the yard! I am a very happy boy, always wagging my tail, and following my foster mom around. I love attention, I always want to be petted and will gaze at you with my big black eyes to show you that I love you. I also love to cuddle on the couch and lay my head on your chest or tuck it under your chin. I get along well with the cats in my foster home. I am crate trained and will sleep in my kennel if you leave the door open, but I prefer to sleep in the big bed under the covers with my foster mom.  My potty habits are spectacular! I learned to use the doggy door in 1 day. I know some basic commands like kennel, speak, go potty and sit, but I get very excited when I hear the treat jar and sometimes forget what the word sit means! I love to go in walks but pull a bit when excited. I am up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventative.

Hi! I’m Annabelle, a sweet 11 lb angel! I enjoy sitting in your lap and being loved on.  I have the most beautiful brown/hazel eyes and once you stare into them you will be hooked. You simply can’t help but fall in love with me and my quiet, gentle nature. I have my foster family wrapped around my dainty little paw! I LOVE to play with the kitties in my foster home as well as the other Iggys. I can often be found sunning myself in a chair out on the deck.  My potty habits are excellent, and I enjoy running in and out of the doggy door by myself. I am crate trained and will sleep in the crate, but enjoy sleeping in the big bed with my foster mom. I enjoy walks but will pull a bit when excited.
