Sandy the Dog needs a home

Please contact JENNIFER ROLAND ([email protected]) for more information about this pet.
The Helotes Humane Society is a non profit organization dedicated to placing unwanted animals in loving homes. Remember, don't shop, adopt!

Sandy has been in foster care for just over a week. She was pulled from a high kill shelter, she is really shy and does not like a lot of noise and still pretty scared of my kids, bikes and scooters. She will walk on a leash with if another dog goes with her.  In one weeks time she has come a long way to get socialized. She will now come to  when I called and plays really well with other dogs. She uses a dog door and has not had any accidents in the house. She sleeps in the crate overnight and has also done really well with that. She makes very little noise and has shown no aggression just anxiety. Super sweet girl.

All of our animals receive vaccinations, testing and altering appropriate for their age. All pets will be microchipped prior to placement. The pet overpopulation problem has reached a crisis stage. We will use all of our resources to spay and neuter all pets in our care.
