BRUNO the Dog needs a home
A volunteer writes: Bruno is a dreamboat! He comes to us as a stray, but he''s SUCH a good boy that I''m sure he was someone''s cherished companion. He is very quiet in his cage, seems housebroken, and has been a perfect angel on leash. When I remark on what a good boy he is, he wags his tail with a cool confidence, as if to humbly acknowledge that he already knows! He might have a bit of a discerning palate when it comes to treats (he takes the ones he doesn''t snub super gently!), but he''ll still sit and give paw even if it''s for free. When I sit down, he is quick to hop up at my side and barrage with me kisses, hit himself with his out-of-control wagging tail (like a percussion instrument!), and then bound off to celebrate with a toy. He loves to play fetch, and when he cocks his head at me with a tennis ball hanging out of his mouth, I can''t help but wonder why this perfect boy isn''t curled up on someone''s couch.
