BASIC CAT INFORMATION: Stormy is a very affectionate but independent cat who will need an experienced cat owner to help her adjust to a new home in the best way possible. She would do best as the only animal in the home and with older children, or an adult only home.

Personality: Stormy has some issues with overstimulation, so she will need plenty of alone time. She is very affectionate with those who take time and go slow with her. She would do best in a home with an experienced cat owner who is willing to be patient, understanding her needs while she adjusts and comes out of her shell. She would also do best as the only animal in the home, as she has hissed at other cats while in the shelter. Any children living in the home should be old enough to understand Stormy''s needs, and be shown how to properly interact with cats and when to give her space; this is particularly important with overstimulated cats.
