My name is Addie and I am looking for a forever home! I am a Heeler mix and estimated to be 2 years old and 40 pounds. I was saved by Operation Pets Alive in October of 2017 from the shelter - and am currently being treated for heartworms.



I have been to a couple of foster homes and have done great at both! I have gotten along with all of the dogs around me and love to play with them although I like to protect my food - so am best fed in a crate if others are around. I also love to hangout with humans, they are lots of fun! I am crate and leash trained and I do great riding in the car with you and love field trips! I am very smart and love to put my mind to good use when I'm bored! when my tail wags my whole body goes with it - I am eager to please!  I would love a family that would spend time with me and love me! I have not been exposed to small children so prefer older kids that will respect me and my space :0)
