Adopt a Great Pyrenees (long coat)

Gordon is a senior gentleman, who has a wonderful temperament.  He is great with other dogs, and he is also good with cats & kids!  He has a mellow disposition, with a friendly tail wag for everyone he meets!  His foster has worked hard at crate training, so that he sleeps through the night and he plays well with his foster brother, who is a younger collie.  He also loves leisurely walks around the neighborhood, but he is not a fast walker, so he wouldn't be a great jogging buddy.  Gordon is getting slower as he gets older, and he would benefit from someone that could spend time with him, giving him lots of opportunities to go outside (doggie door is great), and he needs to wear a diaper at night.  He would be a great addition to a low-key family that  wants to give a senior boy some great final months (or years) and enjoys going to the park and socializing with other dogs!

All of our dogs require secure and VISIBLE fencing.

2.   FOSTER!   This is a temporary commitment that gives all needy dogs the time needed to find the loving home they deserve. Your generous decision to foster can literally mean the difference between whether they live or die. 

3.   Donate!   In upwards of $8/day, Boarding isn't cheap. A donation of just $25 can give all boarded dogs 3 whole days to find the home they have been waiting their whole life for. Vet bills. These can sometimes run into the thousands per dog.  Every   penny counts when it comes to vet bills!
