Topper Christmas the Dog needs a home
Topper is a wonderful dog. She is very calm and sweet. She is a "go with the flow" kind of girl!
Topper would be fine in any home. She would love a fenced yard to play in. I think kids and other pets would be fine.
Topper LOVES other dogs. She is very submissive. I think she would be fine with cats with slow intros.
She goes into her crate willingly, I have trained her with treats. She would probably hang out in it with the door open. She rarely barks when crated and settles down quickly. She has NEVER had an accident in her crate.
She is submissive and may pee a little when meeting new dogs. She should go to the door when she needs to go out.
She is just learning to walk on a leash but is doing pretty good. She wants to meet new dogs when on the leash. She loves other dogs and has never been aggressive towards them.
I only say flight risk because she may be scared if she doesn't know the humans. She doesn't mind if you take a toy away and likes to play with other dogs with her toys.
Topper is such a sweet dog. She only has one bad habit. She will chew holes in blankets in her crate and shred sheets into strips. She only gets old, used bedding in her crate. I think she does it because she is bored.
