Sammie the Dog needs a home

Sammie and his 5 siblings were surrendered to Emmy’s Hope Rescue when they were little puppies.  They were born to a family’s unspayed  momma dog.



Sammie is an energetic little guy who loves to run and play with other small dogs.  He is friendly with cats too. When he’s all tuckered out from playing, he’ll be content to snuggle up beside you on the couch. He will quickly become your little shadow. And even with his small size, he makes a wonderful watchdog. He’ll alert you to let you know if someone is approaching the house. He doesn’t miss a thing and notices everything that goes on around him.

YOU MUST:



1. Live in the Houston area (no more than an hour's drive away).



2. Be 21 years or older.



3. Have a fenced yard.



4. Have at least 2 years of good vet history, with current and / or past pets, including:



annual Rabies and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza) vaccinations, annual heart worm test and using a monthly heartworm preventative.
