Harley the Cat needs a home

Born in May, 2017, Harley and his little sister Hanna were rescued from an apartment complex in SW Houston where children were torturning small animals. Harley loves to play with balls and feathers, but always seeks other cats for a romp. He was a favorite of the Vet Techs where he received medical attention and one carried Harley arround in his pocket as he performed daily activities (See photo).  Can you please provide a forever home for this growing boy who had a rough start to his life, but now wants to make up for it with fun, cuddles and lots of attention?
