Beyonce the Dog needs a home
Just like the singer, our Beyonce was born in the south. This sweet pup, her mother and sister (Rhianna & Jordin Sparks) were found wondering the streets several years ago. Beyonce is the largest of the three and is the only one that has beautiful light brown markings near her feet. Beyonce weighs around 65 pounds and we believe she is a Lab/Shepard mix. She has cute black spots on her tongue, but remember that labs and shepherds are some of the 30+ breeds that have colored tongues -- it's not just for Chow Chows anymore! She is a very sweet dog that is a bit shy at first, but once in the yard has no problems being hugged and loved on. Beyonce the singer has no problem finding herself in the spotlight, and everyone at ARF wishes her good luck tonight at the Grammys..... but as a black lab in a shelter, our Beyonce is constantly trying to stand out from the crowd. This sweet pup has been passed over too many times, but we know she can be a winner. After all, a home for a shelter dog is the biggest award of all! Please help us promote Beyonce and make this her big night!
