Trudy Proud the Dog needs a home
Sacramento- Trudy Proud came to us an emaciated mess missing half of her hair. But even being in not a great condition, she has been amazing from the get go. She is about 40 pounds and maybe a year and a half old. I love her seal colored hair and she loves dogs big and small. Her favorite thing is playing fetch and chewing on antlers. She is a playful girl, but not annoyingly so. She has done great with crate training, we are still working on the house training- but she will definitely tell me when she has to go to the bathroom (she will jump on the doors). I am not sure how she would be with cats, she definitely wants to eat my chickens, but slow introductions may be fine. She is not great on a leash- so we need to work on that one. Overall, she is pretty easy and is just going to get better with continued structure and boundaries. As likely a dog who has spent her life outside, she definitely loves being a part of a family. We are still waiting a couple more weeks to get more weight on her, and for her boobs to shrink, before spaying her, but she will be ready to go home in time for the holidays.
She will be spayed on 12/13, she has been dewormed, microchipped and will be UTD on vaccines.
