Major the Dog needs a home
Hello Houston.....Hello USA! My name is Major and my brother, Nino, and I were recently surrendered to the Ft. Bend Animal Shelter but we are transplants from Japan! I'm about 7 years old with th energy of a 3 year old and very, very sweet! I know what you're thinking......what about those cropped ears?! I know cropped ears are so 1980 but hey, I think they make me look extremely regal!
My foster mom says that I'm a strong boy and I love to play so, for that reason, my ideal home would be one without small children. I already have very good house manners and I'm house broken as well as crate trained. I 'sit' on command and am happy to go into my crate for a treat! My foster mom says that my leash training could use a little improvement so she's working with me on that....and I'm a smart boy so I'm sure I'll catch on fast! I also live in a home with cats. I wouldn't say I love them, but we seem to get along just fine.
