Mandy is a quirky , sweet little ginger who is comfortable with dogs, cats and children. She and Moses were rescued from a hoarder situation. Despite their tough beginnings they have been gentle, loving and well behaved in foster care. Mandy chirps and zips about like a kitten. She is a bit more reserved than Moses and may let him lead in most situations.
