Dove the Dog needs a home
Doves are a symbol of gentleness, and this little Dove is no exception. Just look at her sweet face. Her eyes look right into you and say “Will you love me?”
Dove is in need of a new start. She was rescued from a hoarding situation, where, as one of many dogs, she was almost invisible. Despite getting very little attention in her two years, she is still sweet and loving. She plays well with other dogs. Like the bird she is named after, she is shy at first with people, but opens up as she learns to trust. At 30 lbs., and a medium energy level, she is the perfect package for a wonderful home companion.
She is working on crate training, and leash walking. Dove is new to the idea of in-home living, so she will need some extra patience as she learns house training and obedience. A calm home would be best for her; with kind and consistent care, she will be able to spread her wings and be seen for the special girl she is.
She has been spayed, is up to date on all her vaccinations and is ready to go to her forever home.
Dove is gentle and shy, and full of love. And if you help her to, this little bird will fly.
The fee for adoption is $450. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations and transport fees.
