Noel the Cat needs a home

Noel is a sweet kitty. He gets along with all of his foster siblings and the family dog. He loves to cuddle up with them and take naps and bathe one another.  He is so laid back, nothing seem to bother him at all.
Noel can be shy at times, but is a fairly confident cat. He loves hanging out with his foster mom, laying across her side or just curled up next to her.
