Momma Lily the Cat needs a home
Hi! My name is Momma Lily. I was once a cat without a home who lived outdoors. I had babies one summer and a nice lady brought my babies and I into her garage to keep us safe. She found homes for all of my kittens and brought me to the doctor so I would not have to have any more babies. After I was released again she found me limping up the driveway. The doctors think I was hit by a car. This time I had to have major surgery on my pelvis and hip. That's when the rescue took me in. Now I am all healed but for the rest of my life I will walk with a limp. I can never live outdoors again. I need a home that can be patient with me and understanding. A quiet home would be best. Even though I grew up outside I do use the litterbox all the time! I have come a long way in trusting humans. Even through I am still afraid to be pet, I do come right up when it's time to eat. I will play with the other cats and I am content relaxing on a cat tower enjoying the sunshine. My foster mom thinks someday I will be happy being pet but it's just going to take me a little time. I have had a very tough life so far and I really just want a home that will love me and keep me safe. Do you have space for me in your home and in your heart?
