Dagger Barnwell the Dog needs a home
Dagger came to Eleventh Hour as a puppy with his whole litter. He was adopted at 2 months old and has been returned to us after 3 years in a home. When he was first returned to us he was very frightened, but we have gained his trust and he is doing wonderfully. He goes to the park and loves to walk on leash. He is fantastic in play groups and we cannot believe the dog we have uncovered. What a special dog and we are grateful that we can give him an opportunity to find the loving home that he deserves.
Dagger will need a confident handler to continue to give him the confidence and training he needs. But he has many positive qualities, too. Dagger is playful - he likes his toys and to play "Fetch", too. He has had professional training - here are some of the commands he knows: Sit, Stay, Paw and Down. And he is both housetrained and good in a crate!
Dagger is looking for an adult home with a person or people who are willing to work with him as he becomes the dog he could be. If you could be that family or person, please consider either adopting or fostering Dagger so that he may know the joy of being back in a home again.
