Hi my name is Elvis. My foster mom says I have it all, good looks and a great personality. I just love to cuddle and sleep the entire night right by her side all cuddled up. I haven't always had it this good though. I ended up at the impound with a broken pelvis. The vet speculates I was hit by a car. I am healing now and the vet it surprised with how well I can walk. I had a really Ruff Start in life but this has made me so grateful for all love and snuggles I get. I would make a great pet for someone special who wants a cuddly companion. All Ruff Start dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention (dogs) as well as heartworm tested (dogs).
Ruff Start Rescue is a foster based rescue. Animals are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a facility where animals are kept.
