This is FRANK – a 13 month(late Dec. /16) old black and white cat who thinks he’s a dog! Currently living at a veterinary clinic, this handsome boy is one of the most lovable cats you will ever meet. He simply wants to be close, soaks up all the attention you can give and seems to be purring 24/7. FRANK is doing very well despite testing positive for FIV and Feline Leukaemia.
