Teddy the Dog needs a home
Teddy is a five year old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix. He is about 7.5 pounds. Teddy is a character. He is very adventurous and independent. Teddy listens to commands, but you must be stern with him. He does get a little upset, but it is in his best interest. He rolls onto his back and is very submissive. He does show signs of having been abused because of his fearful response to strong tones in a voice. On a scale of 1-10 when we first met he was a 3 on potty training, but now he is a 9. In fact, if Teddy does not make it outside in time to pee from waking up in the morning, he will pee on the pee pads that I provide him in his living area. Teddy looks very much like a Pomeranian and his fur is getting thicker by the week. He was very thin when we first met but is bouncing back. He is bright eyed and bushy tailed and has emotionally survived the abuse better than I could have imagined. He is also a lap dog and has the sweetest soul.
