Chad **ADOPTION PENDING** the Dog needs a home
Chad is sweet 3 years old Yorkie / Chihuahua mix, who is now discovering just how fun life can be!
Chad came into rescue with two other dogs who did not have the best life before coming into rescue, but they are all enjoying their new found freedom in the home with a big backyard.
Chad is very nervous of people and will need time to warm up to his new "human" ...he eagerly wants/looks for your
affection but at the last minute will decide that he is just not sure of it. He will need a
kind,
patient owner that will let him adjust in his own
time, in his own way.
A home will another small dog would be great for Chad, as he is most comfortable when he has a buddy to hang with and show him the way. We also do not think a home with small children would be good for him...as it will be just too much commotion for him to handle. Due to Chad's previous life, Chad is too nervous to do his business on his walks so for that reason a secure backyard is a MUST for Chad.
"Chatty Chad", as we like to call him, does like to bark quite a bit so for that reason we do not think apartment life would be good for him.
Chad has been neutered, micro chipped, dewormed, heartworm tested, vaccinated and has received flea, tick and heartworm preventatives. Chad's adoption fee will be $375.00 and will include his health records.
